The Florence Residences harvest The brand new condominium is near the current Hougang MRT station, which will become an interchange station across the highly-anticipated Cross Island Line.
Situated in the Kovan area in District 19, the brand new condo is only a brief walk in the current Hougang MRT station on the North East Line. This channel will get an interchange station over the highly-anticipated Cross Island Line (CRL).
Upon its completion by 2029, the CRL will combine important areas in eastern and western Singapore, like the Jurong Lake District, Punggol Digital District and Changi.
The 29km-long Phase I of the railroad project is expected to appeal to over 100,000 households and will decrease travel time by about 70 minutes. The first phase will include 12 MRT stations from Bright Hill in mid Singapore to Changi’s Aviation Park.
“The acceptable place puts a host of readily available amenities in the hands of people, coupled with precious MRT stations and major expressways off only minutes,” said CB Chng, executive director at Logan Property Singapore.
The Florence Residences , that could be near the current Kovan MRT station, comprises a total of 1,410 condo parts spread across nine 18-storey blocks standing on a 389,239 sq ft site. Buyers can select from one — to five-bedroom flats from 474 sq ft to 1,679 sq ft. About 43 percent of these units are two-bedders crossing between 624 sq ft and 753 sq ft.
The 99-year leasehold job was constructed on the former Florence Regency site, a 336-unit privatised HUDC property obtained by Logan Property in 2017 via collective buy for $629 million, that translates into a land rate of $842 psf per plot ratio.
Expected to be completed by 2023, The Florence Residences is the developer’s second job in Singapore. Interested buyers may stop by the earnings gallery of The Florence Residences along Hougang Avenue 10 from Saturday onwards.
